Biographies, Death, and Destruction

by KR on Aug.21, 2009, under Dreams

It is really hard to tell if these were 2 totally different dreams. They kind of melded at the shifting point. Like a scene shift.

Dead or injured children were everywhere. The firefighters and paramedics were trying to get into the elementary school that was targeted by some enemy. It blew the school to bits, shook the ground, made the walls crumble. Dust was everywhere. I felt as if I was watching a TV crew film the rescue attempts and the death. One kid looked really thin as if whatever weapon caused skin to shrivel. He reached up and coughed then the firefighter worked on getting him out there. The school was called Tanner Hill Elementary School.

I was now in a futuristic looking city. I had a feeling this was the save city as the previous scene just further in the future. I was in a class, but this class had a wide age of ranges, young and old. Nathon Fillion was there (I do not think I had even watched any shows with him in it recently, actors sometimes just pop right into my dreams.. bah!). We were in the same class. It was a biography class. Nathan had pictures of when he was a kid, a bald kid playing Fester or some other characters. Not many pictures of when he was older. Most of us didn’t. Times were too destructive for pictures back then. The classroom was in an old but remodeled movie theater or stage. It was made of polished black metal. I was exploring it trying to find a way out but it was almost like a maze and some of the large doors were sealed off. I suspected that there was some secret organization back there planning something. Eventually the class ended and I left. Nathan stopped me out at the plaza and said he needed me for a body check. He laid out his pohotos that were part of out precious biographies since a lot was lost in the past and we looked at them. Now in the dream I knew exactly what a ‘body check’ was… right now, I couldn’t tell ya!
